PAYMENT INTEGRATIONS / SYDNEY

Payments that land, every time.

Adding payments to a website, booking flow or internal system, and making sure the money, the receipt and the record all line up. For businesses in Sydney that need checkout to just work.

Taking a card number is the easy part. The work is everything around it.

What a payment integration involves

Every one of those is tested before launch, including the ones that only go wrong at 9pm on a Saturday.

Adding payments to an existing website

Most of the time this doesn't mean rebuilding anything. The checkout or payment step sits inside the site you have, styled to match, and connects to the provider you already use or the one that suits the job, whether that's Stripe, Square or something else. If the existing site can't safely take a payment, we'll say so and explain what it would take.

Where it connects

Payments rarely live alone. They belong to a booking, an order on a website or a job in a custom system, and the record has to end up in your accounting. Connecting those is most of the job, and it's the part that saves you the retyping.

How the build runs

Three steps: Understand, Make, Ship. Payment, confirmation and refund work end to end before anything gets styled. Scope, price and date are agreed in writing first, and third-party costs like processing fees are identified before we start. How we price has the detail.

Questions

Can you add payments to an existing website?

Yes. In most cases the payment step is added to the site you already have without a rebuild, styled to match and connected to your provider. We'll look at the site first and tell you plainly if something about it would make taking payments unsafe.

Which payment providers do you work with?

The one you already use, if it suits the job, or the one that does. The provider matters less than the wiring around it: declines, refunds, receipts and getting the record into your accounting. We'll recommend one if you don't have one.

What about failed payments and refunds?

They're part of the build, not an extra. A declined card, a duplicate charge or a refund request each has a defined path, and the customer and your records both end up in the right state without anyone chasing it by hand.
