BOOKING SYSTEMS / SYDNEY
Booking systems that take the booking, and the money.
Online booking for businesses in Sydney where the standard tools almost fit but not quite. Deposits, rules, availability, reminders, refunds. Built end to end and connected to what you already use.
Booking is the first word on our homepage for a reason. It's the flow where a small failure costs a real customer, so it's the one we test hardest.
Start with the tools that exist
If Fresha, Square Appointments, Calendly or a similar product fits your business, use it. They're cheap, they work and we'll tell you so in the first reply. A custom booking system is for when one of them stops fitting.
When custom is the right call
- A deposit rule the tool won't take: a percentage, a minimum, a different amount for first-time customers.
- Two things that have to be booked together: a room and a person, a vehicle and a driver, a court and the lights.
- Pricing that changes with time of day, group size or membership.
- A booking that needs your approval before it's confirmed.
- The booking has to land in a system you already run, not in another inbox.
- You want a booking website that's yours, not a listing on someone else's marketplace.
What we build
The booking page or booking website itself, styled to match what you already have. The availability and rules behind it. Deposits and payments, including what happens when a card declines. Confirmation, reminders, rescheduling, cancellation and refund. An admin view that shows you the day. The connection to your calendar, accounting or CRM so nothing has to be retyped.
How the build runs
Three steps: Understand, Make, Ship. Booking, payment, confirmation and refund work end to end before anything gets styled, and you see it working in pieces as it goes. Scope, price and date are agreed in writing first. How we price has the detail.
Questions
Do you build custom booking systems?
Yes. We build the booking flow, the rules behind it, the deposit or payment, the confirmation and the reminders, and we test the whole path including cancellations and refunds before it goes live. If an off-the-shelf tool would do the job, we'll say so first.
Can you add booking to my existing website?
Usually. If the site is on WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify or something similar, the booking flow can sit on its own page and match the rest of the site. If the site is the problem, we'll tell you what it would take to fix, and you can decide.
Can the booking system take deposits?
Yes. Deposits, full payment up front, pay on the day or a mix depending on the service or the customer. Refunds and partial refunds are part of the build, not an afterthought.
