HOW WE PRICE
Simple pricing. Agreed before we build.
Tell us what you need and we'll work out the simplest way to get it done.
Most projects can be scoped and quoted upfront at no charge.
Typical project pricing
Booking, invoicing, checkout and integrations
Projects from $1,500
For work like:
- online booking and reservations
- deposits and payments
- checkout flows
- invoicing
- connecting systems you already use
That is the project price, not an assessment fee.
Custom software
Quoted to suit the project
For more tailored booking, payment, invoicing or operational systems built around how your business works.
We'll give you an indicative range before you commit to anything.
How it works
1. Tell us what you need
Send us a rough description of what you want to build, improve or connect.
We'll come back with an initial view and indicative price range.
2. Get a fixed quote
Once we understand the job, you'll get a written scope, price and delivery window.
You approve it before development starts.
3. We build
A deposit gets the work started.
If you want to change the scope along the way, we'll tell you what it costs before anything changes.
No running hourly meter. No surprise invoice.
4. After launch
If something we built does not work as agreed, we'll fix it at no charge for 90 days after launch.
After that, you can bring us back when needed or manage it yourself.
You keep the code, accounts and access.
What about complicated projects?
Some projects need a little more investigation before they can be priced properly.
If that happens, we'll explain what needs to be looked at, what it costs and what you'll get before you agree to anything.
No paid assessment just to talk to us.
Common questions
Why is this more than the $500 booking systems we have seen?
Because those are a booking form. They put a calendar on your site and take a payment, and for plenty of businesses that is genuinely enough. What they do not do is make the money land in the right place: deposits matched against invoices, refunds your accounts agree with, a booking and a payment that cannot exist without each other and your accounting software knowing about all of it without anyone retyping. If a booking form is what you need, buy the cheap one. We build the part that comes after.
Will you take over a half-finished project?
Yes. It starts with reading what is already there, because nobody can honestly quote to finish someone else's work without looking at it. For most jobs that is part of the free initial view. If the codebase is big enough to need real investigation first, we will tell you what that involves and what it costs before you agree to anything.
What happens if we stop working together?
You keep the code, the accounts and the documentation, and someone else can pick it up. We would rather hand a project over cleanly than hold onto one that is not working.
Third-party costs
Things like hosting, payment processing, domains, messaging and software subscriptions are paid directly by you.
We'll point these out before the build so you know what the ongoing costs are.
